  • Deposits are non refundable 

  • Deposits can be transferred if the client needs to reschedule

  • For all  studio sessions deposits are $40

  • For classes and travel deposits are $200

  • All clients have a 10 minute grace period

  • Please Be advised that if you are more than 15 min late Jeri the MUA may cancel the appointment in respect to other clients.

  • A $10 late fee applies to all clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late. Once again client lateness cannot exceed 15 minutes.

  • Starting April 2022 clients can reschedule their own appointments using the account they created when booking. Simply select  your name icon in the top right corner of my site and click “My bookings".This will allow you to cancel or reschedule all upcoming appointments.

  • Please be advised if it is not available on my site then it is not available at all.

  • Sending us a DM is the quickest way  to reach us. Please feel free to also shoot us a text or email which is listed in your confirmation. Please allow one day for email and text responses 

  • All clients are allowed to reschedule once; after that a new appointment is required.

  • No same day rescheduling; clients must reschedule with 24 hour notice.

  • I am located near Belair Road and Frankford Avenue In North East Baltimore. The exact address is provided directly after booking via email. There is parking directly in front when you arrive.If you require travel please book my travel services.
