Please Be advised that if you are more than 15 min late Jeri the MUA may cancel the appointment in respect to other clients.

A $10 late fee applies to all clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late. Once again client lateness cannot exceed 15 minutes.

Clients can reschedule their own appointments using the account they created when booking. Simply select your name icon in the top right corner of my site and click “My bookings". This will allow you to cancel or reschedule all upcoming appointments.
